The old setup made one label, "Sale," do two jobs at once — it marked the leads we were actively working and the ones who had already joined. That overlap is the reason members kept turning up in the lead list.
The new setup splits a lead into two flags: Stage (where they are in the funnel) and Status (how it ended up). Same lead, two flags. No more double-duty.
Won, Lost, and Abandoned drop off the active kanban on their own. They are not deleted — they stay queryable for reporting. They just stop cluttering the board you work every day.

One channel plays per day, rotating through every filled slot (blank slots are skipped). ▶ Now force-plays one slot until 3 AM (then auto-rotation resumes); use Resume auto-rotation to switch back sooner. Paste any YouTube playlist URL (contains list=) or a video URL. Clear a box and Save to remove it from rotation. The lobby picks up changes within ~10 seconds.

This is the master ON/OFF for the AI that writes the follow-up drafts (leads, members, post-intro). Turn it OFF and nothing new appears in AI Conversations. (Sandbox Mode above is separate — it only controls whether approved messages actually send.)

The AI that drafts follow-up texts to leads. Every draft is held for a human to review — nothing sends on its own. Turn the whole system on or off, and choose who handles brand-new leads.
Each Monday the AI reviews its own week of drafts, scores voice / sourcing / persona drift, and proposes rule tunings. Auto-publish per draft type unlocks only when the 4-criterion ladder is fully met — and even then stays OFF until the master switch is on and you sign off.
